Brecks Throttle Spacer - Reposition Accelerator closer to Brake Pedal

Hi Guys, I've been on the lookout for an accelerator pedal spacer, to make it easier to heel and toe in the I30n. The pedals in standard form aren't quite in the right position and makes it really difficult to heel and toe smoothly. Although our cars have a Rev Match feature, nothing beats the feeling of controlling the car in full. Long story short, I ended up buying this spacer below from a South Korean company, but alas its didn't fit as it was made for LHD Veloster and I30n. Brecks... Read more ..read more

Hey guys Got my i30 Nline a couple of months back and haven't been happy with the sound. I ordered some 4.5-inch tips for exhaust and I'm going to get a muffler deleted. But I was wondering if it was worth cutting both the muffler and the res off or just buying a whole new resonator. If anyone has any opinions or someone has done something similar and has a video of how it sounds please reply to the thread with it as I've been a bit stuck on what to do. Thanks ..read more

Modifications

Greetings fellow Aussies. Does anyone know if replacement of the factory intercooler with a more efficient one be considered a modification? Reason I ask is the WA DoT form only refers to ‘fitment of an intercooler’ as a simple modification requiring inspection. However it’s unclear if this means fitment to a vehicle that didn’t have one prior ..read more

(Australia) - i30N rear bumper recall?

Hey i30N community!! Had a very interesting chat with Hyundai today when dropping on my car for a diagnostic, apparently there is a recall on the i30n (I'm assuming facelift only) regarding the rear bumper. Apparently it doesn't meet Australian standards as the rear fog lights are too far apart. The staff didn't seem to sure what the extent of it is. Does anyone know anything further or can shed some light? Thanks all! Bonics ..read more
