So I was reading the most recent issue of Tom King's Wonder Woman run when I came across this panel;
WW 8.jpg
(Source, Wonder Woman Vol 6 #8)
As an HONEST and TRUE Wonder Woman fan I immediately recognized this too be an error, because this panel doesn't characterize those events properly according to Rucka's original story
WW 4.jpg
(Source, Wonder Woman Vol 6 #4)
There was no mask in this accounting of Wonder Woman's origin story!!:p Not to mention...Hippolyta didn't really protest WW's admission into the games (hence why she doesn't wear a mask). She tries to dissuade her from particip ..read more

This was coming up in general discussion thread but figured it merits it's own thread. Assuming Absolute DC isn't just another round Batman and his friends, who team would you want to write a potential Absolute Wonder Woman comic if we get one?
My picks
Writers:
Renae De Liz
Si Spurrier
Ram V
Artists:
Don't know, honestly. I don't pay attention to much other DC titles so I'm really up-to-date on most DC artists. I don't particularly for Dan Mora or Redondo but I'd also go for an artist who hasn't really drawn WW before (so no old favorites like Jimenez or Scott ..read more

Cheetah became a monster, and as much as her powers are a curse, she's incapable of giving them up.
Giganta is a selfish person who relies on brute force, looks ou ..read more

Alright, after seeing the just-released teaser for Joker: Folie à Deux (which, in my opinion, looks amazingly intriguing)
I have got to ask: out of all the Wonder Woman villains that we know, love and/or love to hate, which one do you think could, should,
deserves or you'd like to see getting the Joker/Harley Quinn/Venom treatment? Meaning, many forms of media exploring their psyche, their motivations,
their emotional/psychological landscapes, etc?
My # 1 choice would be Priscilla Rich's Cheetah, taking elements from Marston's original & Alex Ross's reimagining. After her, Helen Alexandr ..read more
