Hispanic food is some of my favorite foods to make and eat. It can be so simple, quick and easy- just like this recipe I have perfected over the last few months. I originally got the idea from another sheet pan quesadilla recipe, but I have tweaked it to fit my family’s needs.   Ingredients 1 can black beans 1 can sweet  corn 1 bag of shredded cheese 2 pounds of ground beef (seasoned) 14 burrito sized tortillas 1/4 cup melted butter Cooking Directions First I spray the sheet pan with a cooking spray. Then I lay down the tortillas on the bottom layer. I insert all the ingredients int ..read more

I am soooo excited about this recipe! It was extremely easy, extremely quick, and my kids loved it. Ingredients 1 bag of baby carrots 2 zuchinni 2 packages of cooked sausages 1 bag of frozen brocholli *add in any of your favorite vegetables 1 jar of alfredo sauce Cook I put all of the veggies and sausage on a sheet pan and seasonsed with seasoning salt and olive oil. I cooked the veggies at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. It might be a good idea to cover the sheet pan with foil to keep the moisture in. Once the veggies mix comes out of the oven mix in the alfredo sauce. Please try this recipe! I ..read more

What is better than pizza or s’mores? How about a s’mores pizza?! You guys asked for recipe posts, and we delivered big time on this one! Making this dessert was one of the most fun baking experiments I’ve done in a long time. I mean LOOK at this masterpiece! Gathering ingredients is the hardest part for me. Outside of work, I tend to keep things little scattered and disorganized so sometimes it’s hard for me to get them altogether at one time. This recipe though, I was golden! Getting everything in one place has never been easier for me, haha!! The ingredients include: 2 ..read more

If there’s one food that I absolutely love, it’s eggs. There are so many ways that you can prepare them for any meal. You really can’t go wrong. They’re one of the easiest things to make, and this recipe is no exception! I despise when blog posts don’t give you the recipe right away and you have to scroll for 7 hours to get it. So, here’s the recipe and then I will give a little background on the eggs below it! Recipe 11-12 eggs 1 lb ground sausage 1 cup shredded cheese 1 cup cut veggies (optional) 1/4 cup milk   All of the measurements are an approximation because I don’t really measure ..read more

I have to make a disclaimer right off the bat to you guys. I strongly dislike cooking. I don’t like to take the time to figure out ingredients, put them together and bake/cook/grill, etc. I want to be able to heat up the oven, throw it on a pan and cook for 15 minutes and eat. (Yes, I am referring to Jacks pizza). I have about 4 jobs and I don’t want to take the time away from those jobs to cook. Anyway, you all asked for recipes so I set out to find easy and quick recipes that are healthy. It’s the beginning of 2019 and I’m still on the health-kick. Guys, I found the best recipe! Dessert Recipe- Apple Spice Dump Cake  Now that the weather has cooled off- seemingly until next year- we are thinking of everything that comes with fall.  When I think of fall I think of pretty leaves, harvesting the crops, holidays, and apples.  My family is huge into making apple crisp and apple sauce for during the winter, and I love reaping the benefits of their hard work. My friend Jen and I decided that making this apple dump cake is the perfect fall dessert to top off any meal (fall meal or not), and man we made a delicious choice! Ingredients 15.25 oz ..read more

Who else loves fall weather? What about making tons of soups during fall and winter?!  In the past I have not been a fan of soups, but the last couple years since I have become the full-time cook in the house I have realized that soups can be easy, fast and most importantly, delicious.   I never though about making Chicken Enchilada Soup before. I’m a huge chili fan, but my friend Jen said she had a recipe that she’s been wanting to try for this fall and winter.  We found that this recipe is super simple! It’s mostly dumping cans into a crock-pot, and cuttin ..read more
