We are looking to work with a Python developer for a summer time contract. We have some projects going with our current developer, but need temporary help to bring projects current as we are a bit overwhelmed. Per the previous week, single family detached home sales in Durham performed as follows: Average sale price: $489,095 Average price per square foot: $250.41 Average days on market: 11 Average sale price in relation to list price: 108% As we can see from the data, the local Durham is doing incredibly well for sellers.
