Inclusion and Diversification One of the company values we are committed to is the inclusion and diversification of our employees. This was put to test when we interviewed a young man with a hearing impairment. The young man had encountered difficulties in securing employment in Kwale county because most employers find it challenging to hire people with disabilities. His predicament is one that many other people with disabilities face worldwide. After many closed doors, he was heartbroken. He thought that his dream to secure a job and blend into the community was lost. So he stopped searc ..read more

Majoreni (where our farm is located) is predominantly a Muslim area, and three quarters of our employees were observing this day. It was very difficult for the employees who were fasting to be working under the scorching sun and abstain from eating or even taking water. To ensure w ..read more

Did you know that Moringa oil is extracted from the pressed seeds of Moringa Oleifera, a small tree originally found in the Himalayan Mountains? Moringa is the most nutrient-dense tree on the planet! All parts of its tree, including its seeds, roots, bark, flowers, and leaves, can be used for nutritional, industrial, or medicinal purposes. I love the fact that the oil is very light and dry, giving it the unique ability to penetrate the skin and detoxify it. There is a huge misconception that African skin, which tends to be darker, is tougher than Caucasian skin and can thrive without giving ..read more
