Hi, I’m Max Sabo, your Reno, Nevada real estate agent, and this is the Real Estate Housing Market Update for April 2024 covering the sales from March 2024.  This past month, we saw an increase in activity. There were 406 homes that sold, which is up from the prior month when 381 homes sold. The number of active listings also went up. Currently, we have 749 active listings. Last month, during our update, we had 686 active listings. With that increase in activity, we saw the median sales price jump up to $536,500. Hi, I’m Max Sabo, your Reno, Nevada real estate agent. This is the Real Estate Housing Market Update for March 2024, covering the sales from February 2024.  This past month, we saw the median sales price stay about the same at $508,000. We saw the number of active listings also stay about the same at 686 active listings. However, we saw the number of sales increase. Last month, 381 homes sold, the month before, 317 homes sold. This last month, we saw the effects of being in a low inventory, high interest rate environment. The number of sales decreased to 346 homes sold last month, the month before 380 homes sold. We currently have 774 active listings. Last month, we had 849 active listings. This past month, we saw the market slow, and what I mean by slow is we saw fewer homes sell. We went from 419 homes selling in our last update to only 380 homes selling last month. And we went from having 981 active listings in our last update to having 849 active listings currently listed.
