For all updates and resources on CARM, visit: nearnorthcustoms.com/carm. Dear Valued Client, CBSA has provided an update to their timeline for CARM Release 2 originally slated for October 2023. In October, system testing will continue on a voluntary basis for a select few industry partners.  The original coming-into-force date has been postponed until May 2024 where CARM will become the official system of record.
