Raising The Dead is a band committed to recreating the live experience of a Grateful Dead show. Bill started playing the bass guitar professionally at the age of 15 and has made a career in it. He first became a big fan of west coast bands, especially the Grateful Dead, back in high school. He decided to put this band together to have fun and recreate the feeling of being at a Dead concert.

What a perfect night for a birthday celebration! Mark and Elizabeth Dizik both celebrate decade birthdays on July 15, and they chose to have Raising The Dead come party with them! Their back porch made a perfect stage and a great time was had by all. They found us at the Sardine Room playing as an acoustic quartet, so that's the show they wanted. Thanks for a magical night, we wish you many more decades to rock that "Touch of Grey." Next weekend, we play another private birthday party in Franklin.
