I have a struggling young lady as tenant with a dead 2007 Caliber that I am trying to help. The tranny is slipping and while it has been parked the battery has gone dead. We want to push it to a more convenient place for a tow truck to pick it up but when the key is turned on the tranny will not shift from park to neutral. I've read the forums over a bit regarding Calibers having that airbag sound. It seems people often say clockspring. Issue is, I have my horn, and the light is intermittent. Specifically it seems to activate especially when moving from a stop, sometimes stopping. Not frequent in motion, unless I have to majorly accelerate. Hi folks. I'm a UK Caliber owner and I'm looking for some knowledge on the road springs and Struts for my 2006 Caliber. I've had a rear and front spring break on me recently and I'm finding it difficult to locate new ones that fit. I can easily get a full set for a 2007 onwards model online, but it always says they don't fit my 06 caliber. I'm just wondering why. Was there a change in the design? It's it true they won't fit?
