I read on the UK visas website that I can be a self-employed person in order to apply for the visa. however, when I read the extension rules, it says that I must have employed atleast 2 persons full time.
this presents a dichotomy. I've asked a bunch of 'experts' online and they say that I cannot 'stay' self-employed. however, I want to confirm what the case is.
also, I'm told that property investments are not permitted under this route. is that correct ..read more

My situation is very complicated and I have no idea where to turn to right now, I am just hoping someone on here can help me.
I am a UK citizen born and raised there. I married my US husband 3 years ago and I have been in the USA ever since. I originally entered the US on a visa waiver that my airline said I had to apply for. But that is all I have obtained and that expired after my first year here. My original intentions was to come here and marry and we were going to go back to England...

Hi,
So my husband’s i1-30 was approved in 2009 and he was in the country on a 3 month visa, but his i-1485 was denied. We left the country in 2010. Im a US citizen and I’m back in the US to reapply for spouse visa after 12 years.
My question is that do i need to apply for i-130 and i-1485 or just i130 since this was approved in 2009 ..read more

Hello!
I'm a european national (Romanian) living in Spain, married to a Colombian.
Pre-brexit I could normally travel with my husband to the UK since he has an article 10 residence permit - is this still possible post-brexit? We both have passports, of course.
Thank you ..read more
