This problem is more to do with usb and Lenovo than Windows 8.1. Lenovo Ideapad 100 UEFI, old hard drive with dual-boot W8.1 on both partitions was replaced with new SSD and installed W8.1 on first partition, no problems. The problem: I want to do dual-boot again so I went to install W8.1 on an already-created second primary partition. I tried to boot from usb loaded with W8.1 iso file and Rufus but doesnt do so.
