I have business class tickets through IST on two different carriers/bookings. I should arrive on OZ551 on 23 August at 14:10. Have separate booking on TK9249 to TIR at 22:50 same day. BTW, TK9249 is code share with Air Albania. I specifically paid business fare for TK9249 to gain TK lounge access although this flight is likely only economy class seating. I plan on carry on luggage - no checked bags. Do I have to wait 3-hours before TK9249 scheduled departure to check in, get boarding pass then access TK business lounge? United call center tried unsuccessfully to select seats for me on TK flights and patched me through to Turkish for selecting seats on award tickets issued by United on TK in business class (I class). Turkish representative informed me I had to go to the airport of my TK departing flight on the day of my flight to have seats assigned because "there is no seat selection option as a part of your ticket." Turkish moved the flight from IST-NAI up twice and earlier today notified me that it's leaving a few hours earlier which is when I land in IST from the other flight. However, after a few days, MS canceLled the booking, even though it still appears on the TK website under 'Manage My Booking.'
