A council member from a small town outside Los Angeles has been accused of assaulting an employee at popular LGBTQ+ bar Precinct after he was found publicly urinating just outside the venue, along with another man.
But an attorney for Crescenta Valley Town Council (CVTV) member Chris Kilpatrick alleges that his client was acting in self-defense, believing he was about to be “gay bashed.”
On Tuesday, Mar. 12, the official Instagram account for Precinct — a queer bar in Downtown Los Angeles — shared video footage of two men urinating in the outside area of the venue.

On Tuesday, February 7, The Traitors host Alan Cumming was interviewed by Drew Barrymore on her daytime talk show. The two Hollywood stars have known each other for a long time and had a myriad of stories to share.
Among those stories, Barrymore and Cumming reminisced about a time when they went to the now-shuttered West Hollywood gay bar Fubar and participated in a contest known as “B.F.D.” (Big Fat D*ck). In this competition, gay men took Polaroid pictures of their penises and put the photos up on a wall. In the end, the crowd would decide which penis picture was the best of all. Per Barry ..read more

Halloween New Orleans is about more than partying. The event has been raising funds for HIV for nearly four decades.
There's really no place like the Big Easy, especially at the end of October. Parties abound, but one is legendary: the aptly-named Halloween New Orleans. The multi-day event/fundraiser for Project Lazarus -- which provides funds to Louisianans living with HIV -- kicked off its 39th iteration on Friday, with The Queen's Ball and Silent Auction. The black tie gala fundraiser at the Ogden Museum of Southern Art featured music from Alexis Tucci (@alexistucci) and Jesse Gannon on ..read more
