On a December Trip to Las Vegas, we decided to check out the water levels of Lake Mead. We were surprised by the water levels, and saw them for ourselves! So annoying... you'd think that any metal to metal connections would be fine... but no! There is a thing called Galvanic Corrosion... where two dissimilar metals and alloys have different electrode potentials. They become reactive and  and bond together over time (which depends on each metal) - so Good Luck trying to get them apart.
