The 2023 Imported Wine Hot Brands list for the USA has been announced and Whitehaven is thrilled to have received a “Wine Hot Brand’ award for an imported wine brand.
The Wine Hot Brand award recognises Whitehaven’s double-digit growth in the USA market during 2023, and this is the 8th consecutive year Whitehaven has made the list. This win reinforces Whitehaven's continued success in the ultra-premium wine category in the USA.

Whitehaven has struck gold with Double Gold and a series of Gold medals at the 2024 Sakura Womens' Japan Wine awards.
The 2023 Whitehaven Pinot Gris received a Double Gold, which is an exceptional result.
About the competition:
This is the 11th Sakura Japan Women's Wine Awards.
A total of 430 judges, all women in the Japanese wine industry, judged 4,023 items from 27 countries.

As a family-owned wine company, it’s our firm belief that we have a long-term, intergenerational responsibility to leave the environment and community in which we operate, a better place for future generations.

The winery is now as empty as it has been in a long time with the final despatches of 2021 Whitehaven wine – Chardonnay and Pinot Noir - going out for bottling at the start of March. Despite the much smaller intake in 2021, we have decided to still produce a 2021 Greg Pinot Noir. We were extremely pleased with the quality of fruit from vintage 2021 and we want to be able to continue the legacy of our limited-quantity Greg Pinot Noir.
