Thank you to all who contributed to the success of Artie's Paleo Sauces! We raised $2,140 for Arthur & Eva's trust fund, and we couldn't have done it without you. It has been amazing to be able to honor his memory in this way. Thank you again for all of your support!  From the moment we met our friend's brother Artie Stevens a few years ago, we immediately fell into conversation and discovered we shared a passion for food and the drive to make it our life's work.    Artie was a huge supporter of Gindo's from the very beginning. He always told us that if we could create a Pal ..read more

Gindo has been wanting to create a line of Fish Pepper Hot Sauces since 2015 when he first came across a sample of these beautiful peppers. We became increasingly intrigued and excited about the idea the more we researched the Fish Pepper. Last year we partnered up with a local farmer to help us make this dream a reality. It is with great pleasure that we introduce you to Gindo's Fish Pepper Hot Sauce Series.   Fish Peppers were once peddled by free African Americans during the 19th Century to seafood houses along the eastern shore, but by the mid 20th century, fish peppers were almost ..read more

Just like his award winning hot sauce, Chris “Gindo” Ginder is not unassuming. He’s bold, assertive, and self-reliant. He’s a revolutionary in the hot sauce world - a “hot saucier,” if you will. Gindo’s was ultimately born in 2011 in a tiny kitchen in West Hollywood, but the idea had been brewing for some time.  Growing up in an unstable home environment, in and out of foster care, Gindo couch surfed and relied heavily on extended family and families of friends while coming of age in the idyllic town of Cape May, New Jersey. For some, an unconventional childhood like this one could have s ..read more

Cultures worldwide each have their own celebrated hot sauce, and here in the States we’re rather familiar with brands which celebrate those different styles like Cholula, Tabasco, Valentina, Frank’s Red Hot, Pure Crystal and Sriracha. So where would we say Gindo’s falls? Immigrants from all over the world during the last century and a half have left their indelible mark on Midwestern cuisine, each with their own way to spice things up. Gindo’s Hot Sauce limited edition sauces echo and preserve those spicy traditions, but with signature artistry. With other hot sauce companies now following su ..read more

GINDO'S BENTO BOX We've been wanting to create a collection of sauces that would both showcase and complement the rich, colorful, aromatic and diverse flavors of Asian cuisine.  From the Hmong Pepper Sauce, a bold, fiery style of hot sauce indigenous to the Hmong people who reside mostly in the mountainous regions throughout Asia...   ...to the Garlic Serrano, a green Thai chili sauce that is both briny and earthy... ...and Sesame Cilantro, a Korean-inspired hot sauce that is truly unique. Rich and nutty up front with bright citrus notes and a warm spicy finish that lingers like th ..read more
