Ingredients: (Serves 3) Barnyard Millet Flakes (Kuthiraivali aval/ குதிரைவாலி அவல்) – 3/4 cup Cow’s milk (whole) – 3 cups Pistachio – 1/4 cup (Soaked for couple of hours, drained & gently crushed) Water – 1 cup Powdered Jaggery – 1/2 cup (Use Sugarcane jaggery or Palm jaggery) Dry ginger powder – 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon Saffron – a pinch Boil milk & water and add millet flakes.
