On the last Sunday of the month, I meet clients in person in my home town of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin at The Pearl of Door County – Gallery & Rock Shop. I love meeting the animals and their humans in person.  One Sunday, I met Sara and her human. At the time, Sara was two years old. She and her human, Audrey had been together for eight months.  Sara was a rescue from Green Bay. She had at least 3 homes before Audrey found her. Most recently, Sara lived with a woman who had severe anxiety. The home before that, she was with someone who bred white German Shepherds.  Audrey was ..read more

Traveling With Miss Maggie

I have been working with my good friend, Julianne and her dog Miss Maggie for several years. This conversation began like many of our other conversations, but it expanded into a beautiful healing for both Maggie and Julianne that I could never have predicted. Maggie is 14 years old now and the reason Julianne scheduled was because she and her husband planned to travel for four days. Miss Maggie would be joining them. The last time they traveled, Maggie wouldn’t eat. In the past, Maggie told me that she is afraid of feeling nauseous and getting sick. Julianne was worried that perhaps Maggie was ..read more

May your New Year be filled with Love, Laughter and Delight With the arrival of the New Year, I find myself reflecting on animals that have inspired me and warmed my heart throughout the year. Penny is one of those animals. Her amazing story is about forgiveness, hope, new beginnings and resolution. I met Penny on a warm summer day in July. She had been with her new family for just one week, and she was not acclimating well. The only thing we knew about her, was that she was a stray, she was found in a parking lot in Kentucky, and she recently had puppies. Colleen called ..read more

What is a Totem Animal?
Animal Spirit Talker Blog
by Lynn Schuster

While I was creating my website for Animal Spirit Talker, I took several days to meditate with 10 different animals. As I contemplated this, I asked each animal what their role is as someone’s totem. The results of this deep meditation changed me. I felt closer than ever to nature and the wisdom that the animals posses and can teach us. Eagle as a Totem  Freedom and independence are yours, he told me. Free will is your birthright. You must beware, however, that with this privilege comes great responsibility. Do not take this freedom for granted. Guard your choices carefully, for they gre ..read more

What Does it Mean to Move From the Third Dimension to the Fifth Dimension?
Animal Spirit Talker Blog

I have been aware, for quite some time, that we are moving from the Third Dimension to the Fifth Dimension. I’ve felt that to be true, but for the most part, all I really knew about the Fifth Dimension was that we are moving into a higher frequency of spiritual evolution. We are here to bring in more Light and more Love. So what does that mean, how do we get there, and why are we not talking about the Fourth Dimension? We live in the Third Dimension. Wouldn’t we need to pass through the Fourth Dimension to get to the Fifth? I am a person who is looking to become more spiritually evolved, more ..read more

12 Tips to Communicating With Your Animals
Animal Spirit Talker Blog

Personally, I believe that we are all capable of speaking telepathically to our guides, the angels and to the animals. I believe that we were born with this ability and that we were socialized to use our words. But if you are willing to open your mind and your heart, you too, can feel confident about the messages that you are receiving. How to Communicate With Your Animals, Tip #1: Wake up and be grateful. Gratitude is a powerful and positive emotion. Feeling grateful raises the energy vibration and clears the mind. Notice that when you feel grateful, there is no fear. By allowing g ..read more

A Baby Opossum’s Story
Animal Spirit Talker Blog

This morning I talked to my dear friend, Patty in Louisiana. A few days ago, she sent me a photo of a baby opossum she found abandoned in her back yard. The opossum died five days after she rescued him. Patty wondered how the opossum found his way into her yard, what his message was for her, and if he is ok now. Patty was feeling grief and guilt over the opossum’s death. When she first found him, she brought him inside, researched his diet and put him in a warm, comfortable and safe space in her home. She also contacted animal rehab facilities in her area but none were available to help her ..read more

Imagination is an Important Tool for Healing
Animal Spirit Talker Blog

Take a gentle breath, tune in, and be with your life. Allow your breath to calm and soothe you as you go about your day. I, as many of you, have a hard time watching world and local news. There is so much violence and injustice. The last two years have been especially challenging for most of us. Many times, I feel that there is little that I can do to help bring about positive change. And then, I remember the importance of my breath, and my imagination. Imagination is an important tool or resource for healing and transmutation. Without imagination, we cannot connect to our gifts of intuition ..read more

February 2022 Issue Nancy: Tell us your story! How did you begin your intuitive work of talking with our animals? Lynn: When I was a little girl, I talked to the animals. I probably talked to my Angels and High Guides, as well. I was aware that I had many friends in the unseen world. At age 7, I realized that no one in my world communicated with animals or angels the way that I did, and like a switch, I turned off my ability. I was not aware of it at the time, but when I made the decision to not use my spiritual gifts, I began to suffer from depression. As an adult, a counselor helped me dete ..read more
