I found this in my flour after mixing it with water. Is it a mealworm? I haven't found any more (yet). Is it still safe to use the flour? I'd hate for it to go to waste.
I bought this flour a while ago (mixed flour I bought last fall, and a little bit of while wheat that was produced sometime in 2023). So I probably should have used it sooner.

I like how it’s coming out in general, it tastes excellent and everything, but it stays raw on the bottom. I tried cooking it on stone and using the lowest shelves.
I am cooking it at 240 ºC for 20 min and 210 for 20 more, with a bowl of water at the bottom of the oven to prevent it from drying up.
