Hi All, Has anyone yet received their new E-Drive 20? I am waiting for my order and would love to hear from someone who has already received theirs and how they are finding it? especially the range? Really have anxiety range and car hasnt even come yet. I'm glad I chose an iX40 over an iPace/e-Tron 55 as for the size, weight and power it's relatively more efficient, especially at higher speeds when just cruising. No wonder Rolls Royce picked these 5th gen electric motors from BMW for their new Spectre. The WLTP range is 257 miles (on the standard 21" inch wheels I assume) but I've got optional 22" inch wheels on my car and during summer time, I am out performing WLTP range (without hypermiling or driving like a grandma) I'm routinely... I had the pleasure - and yes it truly was a pleasure - to test drive the new iX3 for a few days last week. It is a stunning EV with very precise steering; rapid acceleration and road hugging comfort (particularly, when compared to the i3). After six years of 'one pedal' i3 driving, the default adaptive regeneration driving mode of the iX3 takes a bit of getting used to. I ordered the iX xDrive50 after driving the 40, which I loved. I chose Aventurine Red with sky lounge and comfort packs. The dealer (Jardines in Milton Keynes) emailed me last week to say that BMW were simplifying the package options. According to the website, the sky lounge and comfort packs are no longer available. Hey everyone. Just wanted to start a discussion on the new BMW iX and i4. I've been a BMW fan for a while and am just about ready for a new ride. I'm lucky enough to live in the DMV and have a good amount of charging options. On visuals only I prefer the more executive look of the iX.
