Good day, I have a user stating that randomly Google Chrome is restarting itself. They state that the following window opens before each time. I have tried fully reinstalling Chrome, and also checked to see if there was perhaps a scheduled event being triggered but could not find one. The client system is running Windows 10. I have also tried searching for this but cant seem to find any reference to a chrome popup like this. Hi Gang Recent user was on their domain joined laptop, the device was fresh from supplier and has never seen another user other than my local generic Admin support account. They discovered auto fill on a form, pulled some random family members data through to the form they were filling in. Digging into the MS Wallet settings, we discovered literally hundreds of entries of personal data related to former and present employees, most of whom are not managed by that manager. Hello, This is strange, when I try to login to a sharepoint website (customer's) after I type my username and password, and click "ok" it kicks me back to the same login window (no error message). This only happens from my network, and I can confirm our firewall and security tools do not have any blocks for it. Any hints as to what could be causing this? Happening on one computer, one user: When she clicks the three dots in Edge and selects Print, a blank window comes up and the wheels start spinning - Edge freezes and crashes. This happens on any page in Edge - it isn't website-specific. I've done the usual - clearing cache, checking default printer, googling...I feel like there's something obvious I'm missing. So I have a user that is unable to log into a website if they are signed into their google account, but not if we launch Chrome with a Guest profile. The website isdentalofficetoolkit.com, and if we are signed into their google account, it just goes to a loading page and will never get to sign in page even after hours. I have been to all the privacy and security settings and set everything to allow for that page. I know I am missing something, but can not figure it out. This seems like it would be obvious and easy, but I have not had any luck looking in settings, or searching for an answer. I have several pages set to open on startup. Occasionally, I open Chrome by clicking on a link in an email, for example, when I receive notice that today's Spark or Snap is up. When I've opened Chrome by clicking the email link, the only page open is the page linked to. Currently, I have to close Chrome and reopen it to get my startup pages. This isn't a big deal, but it seems like there would have to be a keyboard shortcut of some kind to "open my startup pages". Is there ..read more

Good day, Spice Heads! Our BISO/Cybersecurity team has decided to completely remove access to sync any data via the Firefox/Mozilla account. My question is has anyone got experience with rolling out a custom install of Firefox with extensions installed and disabling the password manager?  While still leaving the account enabled to sync Bookmarks and other data in Firefox, we just need to disable the password manager really, but I know with 1Password extrension installed it will do that. Some possible strangeness with 64 bit version of Google chrome (version 120.0.6099.200) on program startup, which is throwing a "remote_commands_service.cc" client not registered in the Application event log of a Windows 10 home x64 machine at 22h2  Application Event logs go back to Dec 8/2023, with the event showing up on December 15/2023 I've googled, and cant find anything which sheds light on what this is in regards to.
