I am going to start a cycle of test only at about 750 mg per week for about 8 weeks. Do I need to increase my dutasteride? I may only have an ability to get extra finasteride. Happy New Year, Recently I received a 10 ml multi dose vial instead of the small 1 ml single use vials. My pharmacist said to discard after 28 days per the guidelines. While I understand the guidelines, I am thinking is a waste of my $. Question: Thoughts about using past the 28 days or transferring to sterile vials to preserve life. How long is okay or should I transfer to smaller vials to limit introducing bacteria from reusing it. 54 Years Old. On TRT for 12 years at 150MG per week split into two doses Monday/Friday. Hematocrit, RBC & Hemoglobin have always been high so I donate blood at Red Cross every 60 days. Was prescribed 120mg weekly. Previous BW had me at 500 Levels. Recent bw came in at 350. TRT Urologist said I didn't need HCG and will monitor estrogen levels to see if I need to add any anti e. He also said 2x week injections, told me 3x isn't needed. This is a TRT clinic also so not just some random primary care doc. Turning 40, feeling alot of the low T symptoms so got some blood work done. Sitting at 500 test. Attached are the other numbers with ranges. Doc won't go with T but said I could try enclomiphene, also wants me to retest later in the afternoon, assuming to see if my levels go lower. Last labs were 5 years ago, high 700s test so my levels have definitely dropped. Reading about enclomiphene and it seems promising, just unsure of taking it long term. So basically things didn't work out as planned (long time coming) and my use of test for awhile without any form of recovery therapy afterwards for years has given me hypogonadism. It's bad.
