Purchased the above RV on March 6, 2024 and having trouble with the furnace. If it's really cold, the temp will increase about 5 degrees, then the furnace shuts off. If it's cool, and the furnace only needs to increase the temp a few degrees, it can do that and exceed the set point by 1 degree, then behaves normally (probably because it didn't overheat). Otherwise, the furnace overheats, shuts off and can only be started again by cycling through from HEAT to OFF to HEAT. I get that it's...

my new 262rb has the thermostat placed three feet from the heat duct outlet with the strongest air flow. perhaps not the best idea, because that leaves the bathroom several degrees colder than the kitchen. i compound this problem by blocking another outlet hidden in the hole ostensibly put there as shoe storage. the upside, though, is i get really warm shoes. the downside is the toilet seat is rreealll cold. has anyone got a solution for this? i wonder if the bathroom duplex outlet can...

My 340RL has a great furnace, but the only warm air comes out of the bathroom vent. The ones under the island and the one in the bedroom have next to nothing blowing. Any ideas for how to inspect and unclog the ducts? If I didn't have the fireplace, it'd be really cold in here. That's not right.

Just thought I would mention my experience. I had a gas leak that I tracked to my furnace. The problem was, that they only used a 1/4" screw to hold it in place. The furnace was banging around, until the gas connection eventually loosened. So if you ever pull the cover, inspect the screws holding the furnace down when you are there ..read more

Hello,
I am Brian from Arizona. We have a 2022 Alliance Valor 43V13 we bought brand new from JR Motors in Lake Havasu in March ’22. And, we’ve had problems with heat since day one.
Right after purchase we took the rig to Vegas for a month-long series of industry tradeshows and were in an RV park. The overnight lows were in the 40’s so we lit off the heater. It’d run for ~10 minutes and shutdown. Our local Havasu dealer said there was nothing they could do until we brought it, but we...

Hi. I'm having an issue with my heat furnace. It lights, runs a few minutes and shuts down. Also, my bbq connection won't work. If I connect directly to tank, it's OK. I'm hearing it could be the regulator. I have duel tanks on my valor 36v11. Thoughts ..read more
