I have a 2007 TRX 420 ™. I am replacing some gears in the tranny and allowed the countershaft to disengage from the crankshaft. I have a service manual and it tells me to align the marks on the counterbalance gear with the mark on the crankshaft. The problem is there are no marks on the crankshaft and the only mark on the countershaft is on the bottom of the gear. So I just got a trx Honda 350 4x4 1987 and I replaced the fuel pump carburator cdi and coil and still it won't start I tested everything from the cdi box and it's good on the ohms ranges so now I don't know what to do it sounds like it wants to start but won't and I grabbed the coil and didn't get shocked but I have to kick start it no battery the coil is new there was some green stuff in the wiring going to the coil soi don't know what's wrong with it can somebody help me please ..read more

Yep I'm lost. Went to service oil yesterday for 1st time since I have owned it. Not only did King Kong tighten the drain bolt but it was stripped. I got it off with a bolt out socket but need a new 12mm bolt. Where I'm lost is I cannot locate the oil filter anywhere on it. No videos online e anywhere. The 300 Fourtrax shows a small cap with 2 screws that has oil filter. Mine has a similar cap but only small tooth gears in it. I removed side caps on crankcase to examine under them. I have a damaged right side case.Im wanting to take off the right side casing. 1996 Honda Foreman 4x4 My left front wheel barely spins. I cannot spin it by hand or by placing a wood board in between the lug nuts and trying to spin it. When I start driving, it skids on the concrete but will finally start rotating once I get going faster.
