Portland Fresh Hops Festival Volunteer Sign Up The Oregon Brewers Guild’s 19th Annual Portland Fresh Hops Festivall will be returning to Oaks Amusement Park once again and we are looking for volunteers. The event will be held on: Friday, 9/29 from 4pm-8pm Saturday, 9/30 from 12pm-8pm All volunteers must be 21 or older. OLCC Server permits are preferred, but not required to volunteer. We will have pre-shift meetings to go over OLCC regulations, as well as how to recognize and deal with very intoxicated persons (VIPs).
