I found a P25 Phase 2 control channel on 173.7875 with no voice activity yet. Using Pro96Com and UniTrunker, I see the following values for the system:
System ID: 4D5
RFSS: 003
Site ID: 067
WACN: BEE00
Anyone have any idea who may be using this? I'm hearing this from the San Leandro hills ..read more

I was updating the DB to reflect the annexation of East Contra Costa FPD by Con Fire, renumbering from Battalion 5 to Battalion 9, and some other corrections.
I notice that Crockett-Carquinez FPD is listed as sharing talkgroups E7 thru E9 with Battalion 7, does anyone know which talkgroups are assigned to El Cerrito FD and Kensington FPD?
