I realize that this is a bold statement. Most people don’t even know what energy work is, so how could energy work be the future of parenting? I envision a world where parents know how to work with energy. They practice energy healing on themselves and teach it to their children.

Is energy healing good for kids? The answer is yes, but the healing needs to start from the mom. Since kids are very sensitive energetically, if the mom is not doing the healing work on herself, her struggles fall on them. The mom can support her kids with energy healing, but first, she needs to heal her own wounds and learn to regulate so she can co-regulate with her kids and add energetic tools and healing to support them further.

Many spiritual practices can be incorporated into motherhood, but the problem is that moms don’t have much free time. Practices for moms need to be simple and easy to integrate into life. If you’re interested in spiritual practices in motherhood, the first thing to remember is that you need to be consistent with any practices. Choose one or two, and do that when you have even 5 minutes.
