Just a quick recap of my gaming activities. In FFXIV, I’m in leveling fever nowadays. I try to maximize my duty roulette and tribal quests output and drive both alts through all of them. I’m almost done with healers on both alts, and 6 dps/tanks per alt will be left to go from 60 and ..read more

Of course, I watched the new expansion cinematic and its short half hour presentation first thing in the morning. Well, what can I say? It simply reeks of doing their FFXIV homework and fanservice so far. See, 1.0-6.5. story of Final Fantasy MMO, the major ark, is about a crystallized entity of Light, Hydaelyn, which ..read more

So, I watched a bit of Final Fantasy Fan Fest streaming during weekend – namely, the starting presentation from the first day, and walked away quite delighted :) Not overhyped, mind you, but feeling good. I’m not that hyped because the expansion is about to be like a “summer vacation”, and my, I like drama ..read more

It’s been a while since I wrote my first post about roulettes and leveling. Some changes were made since then, for example, a rework of Main Scenario etc. So, here’s the current situation as I’m leveling all combat jobs on 2 alts. Always Worth Doing If you’re limited in time, you should always try to ..read more

*Spoiler alert: I will be discussing plot, characters and story beats, and post many screenshots, so approach with care if you plan to play it yet! So, patch 6.5 is out, and as always, the launch days are the most exciting days within FFXIV cadence. I’ve played through the whole thing with my miqo’te main ..read more

FFXIV’s Twitter account is suddenly full of previews, and that’s an adamant sign that Patch 6.5., the final patch of Endwalker expansion, is at hand. Most likely, it’s early October. Endwalker would be my first current FFXIV expansion that I experienced in full and been there for every patch release. Technically, it changes almost nothing ..read more

Yeah, just look at this La Noscea screenshot :) I was just passing by, and caught this stunning sunset. Anyways, here’s my progress I’d like to share: Gearing Up The “right side” of characters’ gear is now complete. As alliance raids don’t provide any trinket gear, and so there will be no loot upgrade in ..read more

Yes, I have a very long list of games from Steam and from elsewhere that I wanted to try, and GW2 would be one of them. I’ve installed the game a long time ago (it maybe a year, maybe?), but never launched it so far, and I finally decided to give it a roll. I ..read more

Ok, this was a great day of patch. While 6.3. was somewhat lacking in story content length, 6.4. didn’t seem like this at all. It took me about 10 hours to walk through the Main Scenario and finish Pandaemonium story – and that’s considering almost absent dungeon and raid queues. I did a ton of ..read more

I know, I know. I’ve almost stopped posting, but it’s for a reason, I think. First and foremost of all, it’s such a routine farming in Final Fantasy that is hardly worth of posting for others’ attention, anything essential until today. And yet it takes 100% of my gaming time. Well, let’s elaborate – as ..read more
