Competing in my second npc figure show as a natural athlete. I understand the word “natural” meaning. I do not take any enhancements. This time I’ll be in the open division and I’m freaking nervous. Last year I won true novice. Will I be ready?idk…. My show is in 8 weeks. Any advice? Tips? This time around I’m finding it very difficult to drop the body fat as fast as I did the first go round. Any tips on how to improve my fat loss?
I added my back pose as reference from the last show. Thanks in advance.

Life hit me hard a few years ago and I have been struggling to get back into a consistent gym routine. I definitely don’t look the way I used to or the way I want to right now. My goal is to put some muscle back on first (my ass took leave of the whole situation) and later to lean out. My job is demanding and I have a new-ish baby so I would like to streamline the process of getting results. Have any of you used a macro counter and experienced real success with it? Alternatively, how did you determine the macro balance that helped you the most?
