Hoping there is another woman here or someone well versed on female hormones.
My wife drew bloods when I was checking on mine and got the below. She is suffering with a spontaneous spout of depression and libido is down.
All look good to me but I’m only going off what I would imagine is normal lol
Thanks I’m advance to anyone who can analyse these ..read more

Hey everyone,
I've been considering trying out body shapers lately, and I'm curious about your experiences. Do they provide the desired results? How comfortable are they for daily wear? Are there any particular brands or types you recommend?
I'm looking for something that offers both support and comfort. Additionally, how do you choose the right size? It can be a bit overwhelming with so many options out there.
Feel free to share your insights, tips, or any specific product...

Hey,
I'm a very tall, very small (5ft 10 .. 9 stone 2) female. I have NEVER been on a forum before and never weight trained .. Here's the thing .. I have a BMI of about 18.1 so in the lower end of healthy although i'm aware BMI is largely inaccurate. Despite my weight I have a high rate of muscle gain (i'm a competitive horse rider so I have very toned arms and muscular back) I want to completely tone up and gain muscle but obviously i'm aware that to do that my calorie intake will have...

Hey all!
I’m seeking fresh eyes and perspective.
I’ve been on a deficit for 3 months now. Currently eating 1,400 calories and burning 100-200 calories each day. I was 53kg and now sitting at 50.5kg.
5’1, female, 24.
I’ve been in health & fitness for 6 years now. Typically yo-yoing due to chronic pain etc
I’m back into the Calisthenics & weightlifting grind and wanted to enquire if I should cut further or bulk up
I’m aiming for a lean body with a hint of abs & minimal belly fat and love...

Hi,
Apologies if this question has been asked a million times already; have tried to hunt in the forums but it’s pretty tricky to find info.
I’m looking for advice on purchasing Anavar. This will be my first cycle; bit of background I’ve been training for nearly 2 years, will be finishing a 6 month build at the end of the month and going into a 3 month cut. I’d like to see what difference Anavar makes to this cut but have got totally overwhelmed by the advice on labs.
can anyone recommend...

Hello everyone
I am building a training plan for my partner to return to the gym (after 2 births, age 37, she was very active in sports before the births)
She is of course relatively overweight (gain of over 30 kg in 2 pregnancies)
She was very active before (about 4 years ago) climbing walls, running, etc. Legs are mostly very, very strong.
The construction of my program was divided into 3 strength training sessions per week + aerobic training = a total of 4 training sessions per week...

Hi all, new member.
Ive been lifting weights consistently for over a year now but have seen next to no changes in my body composition. I’m 5”3 and weigh 58kg. I’m fairly slim and chose to join the gym to build muscle. Ive been eating at a surplus of between 1500-2000 calories a day, maximising protein although due to my appetite the average I’m getting is 50-70g a day.
I lift 2/4 times per week, depending on work schedule, focusing on both upperbody and lower body, with a run at the end...
