I go to planet fitness, I always use the ergoline bed 1100 watt bed, if that bed is taken I use the 1000 Wyatt bed and for some reason I always feel like it tans me a lot better! Even for the face. submitted by /u/britney0218 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

First time using this one! First impression - love it. Smells like a peach bellini, and feels cooling on the skin. Not too thick and felt very moisturizing. It’s a blue bronzer with light DHA, definitely looks like Prismatica. I’ll need to use this a few more times, but I liked the immediate color after. submitted by /u/Suspicious_Arm_3332 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Should I cut down my bed time for long periods between sessions?

TL;DR should I shorten my bed tanning time if I’m going to be 6+ days between sessions? So for some context I got a membership to Palm Beach Tan back in January. This isn’t my first rodeo and I’m fair skinned so I worked my way up slowly from 6min 3-4x a week to the bed max time which at my shop is 11-12min 2-3x a week with no problems (I’m a gold member so level 2 beds with the occasional level 3 sesh thrown in). The past 2 weeks this April I’ve had very limited time to tan (6 family members birthdays) so I had a 6 day period where I didn’t get to tan. Yesterday I finally got some time and h ..read more

I’m planning a trip to Hawaii in a little less than 2 months, how long should I spend in the sun each day to build up a base tan? I’ve spent a little bit of time in the sun so far and haven’t got much results, I’m pretty fair skinned to begin with and don’t see much difference and I don’t want to get burnt either? submitted by /u/escapedfromifunny_ [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Burn/rash

I’ve been tanning now for a couple months. I only go for 5-6 minutes in a low level bed and try to go only a couple times a week. I keep getting burnt though and it causes an uncomfortable rash on my back. I don’t know what to do. I feel like my skin should be getting used to it by now. submitted by /u/CaterpillarHorror581 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more
