TL;DR should I shorten my bed tanning time if I’m going to be 6+ days between sessions? So for some context I got a membership to Palm Beach Tan back in January. I’ve been tanning now for a couple months. I only go for 5-6 minutes in a low level bed and try to go only a couple times a week.
