How wide a tire could I really fit on this clincher rim where the manufacturer recommends a 32mm tire assuming the tire will not rub the stays. On another forum there is a guy who says you can fit pretty much any width tire on a road rim as he put a 2.1 inch MTB tire on a road rim. Yah, i know there are kits out there to convert them. I have a set of Ksyrium SE wheels that I love and they are almost new. Figure I will try turning them into disk before considering selling them.
