I am thinking of using a FFB2222A / FMB2222A / MMPQ2222A which is a SMD with 4 NPN transistors to drive some LEDs from a Raspberry Pi. This is my first foray into SMDs. It comes in a 16 pin SOIC. Each collector is connected to two pins, and it shows that they are shorted together internally on the chip. I was wondering if I should I connect the related collector pins together when I connect to them, or just connect to one of the collector pins. There isn't anything in the datasheet that says... Im using TS358CD C3G opamp to measure the current thru a resistor (1R). the poblem im having is that the output voltage wont change when the current increases. In a previous version, i was using the TLV9352IDDFR opamp which worked fine, the opamp is the only change ive made since i switched from SMD to THT. Hey I am building a hardware model of AM and demodulation(coherent-detection). For the modulation part, I am thinking to use BFW10 MOSFET(coz I need to modulate low amplitude audio signal for which I don't have an amplifier, for carrier signal, I have a function generator so no worries for that).
