Here is my reasoning: Most Class B camper vans exteriors are built by the chassis/ drive train manufacturer, correct?
Travel trailers, Class A and Class C RVs, except for the bare bones chassis, are totally fabricated by the RV manufacturer, whether Thor, Winnebago, Tiffin, etc. This includes floor, walls, roof, windows, exterior doors.
With a B, the chassis/drive...

I am trying to power a Laika Kreos 3004 with a 1.2kW hyundai generator (with inverter). The generator is brand new. I checked the terminals with a multimeter and it shows 230V so its fine. The problem is that the panel (stock) above the back door of the camper does not show a 220V connection thus there is no 220V electricity distributed through the camper. However, if I connect the camper to a 220V source which does come from the generator but from a house or a camping ground, the panel...

Just a simple question, as I call this "exercising" (my own given term" and their many be a better name, what would you call the following.
Your RV is home and parked in the driveway for 30-days. Solar Panels are turned off. What I am doing here is letting the "SOC" -(State Of Charge) die down over 30-days to about 32% or 40% and then jump in and drive for about two hours recharging the Lithium back up to a 100% SOC. Or I may just plug into shore power for about 2 1/2 hours...

Morning fellow Galleria owners as I was reviewing some of my FIX's and repair issues to our Galleria. I wanted to make note of the WIPERS BLADES for all RV's as well as my own.. (What if anything are you doing to protect your RV Windshield Wipers? ) I did make contact with our local Mercedes-Benz dealership for the vehicle part of our RV once we brought Greta (VAN-NAME) HOME and parked in the RV Sunshine Pad (OPEN-DRIVERWAY).
Last week after driving in a real down wash of...

Hello,
I was wondering if you could please give me some advice in camper van rentals in Los Angeles. I am planning a road trip and threre are many companies in the internet with varied reviews and I am not really sure what to trust. Does anyone have had any experienci in renting with IndieCampers, for instance? I am looking for a van in which it is possible to stand up inside, but no special luxuries. Any help on this matter would be very much appreciated. Thank you ..read more
