New guy here. New to RTT’s. Picked up a 2 yr old used Tepui Exp Ayer 2 for my 00 LX. Any areas prone to fail on these tents? I bought new mounting hardware for my Gamiviti expo+ roof rack. I'm curious if anyone has experienced this issue with their lid latch. I'll try my best to explain the issue by using pics!! I drew horizontal lines where the plastic used to be and now they've bent upwards. I think four years of the lid slamming down on top of the fridge caused the plastic pieces to bend upward, just enough to where the latching mechanism can't do its thing.
