Boss Gym was setup to provide a space for everyone to train and get results in the gym. One of the biggest things we found was the fact that women weren't always comfortable in the gym. Not just here at Boss but at any gym. We know that gyms can be intimidating and ours in particular. We have a lot of kit that firstly newbies might not know how to use and secondly mean that a lot of the 'big lads' like to train here. But that doesn't mean that newer trainers aren't welcome.
