There are some statements we hear an awful lot as fitness coaches. “I’m just not a gym person” “I’ll never be able to lift weights, I’m too weak” “I can’t train 4 times a week like I used to – I have kids now” “I can’t open a big bag of crisps without eating the lot” This is called a FIXED MINDSET.  These are things people tell themselves. We have some exciting news, Perform gym has a new head coach – Aaron White. For many of you he’s a familiar face, having been a coach at Perform for more than five years now.
