The Barbell Standing Overhead Press (or just The Press) for Mountain Bikers It’s as natural as breathing itself, anyone who picks up a weight wants to put it over their head. It delivers a sense of achievement and demonstrates to awestruck standers-by that you are an apex example of a homo sapiens. Performed whilst standing on the floor, the bar is lifted overhead, and it uses all your muscles. Open Day EXPO 2022 Last months open day was a blast, we had a laugh, hopefully all who visited then did too. We plan to run more events in the future - taking the learning points from the May Expo for better prep and increased slickness Have been busybusy with the name/branding change (In Situ Climbing to The Dunkeld Gym) delaying the challenge prize giving and raffle draw and announcments. Who to See When You Hurt?

As the resident massage therapist at Unit 7, I primarily do sports massage, but I see a nice variety of people, from tourists who have overdone it on the first day of their golf holiday, to locals with a challenging range of complaints, and plenty of recreational sports people, as well as the occasional professional athlete.
