I use a Sony FDR-AX700 video camera to feed OBS via an HDMI cable. I now have need to run the camera about 90 meters from the PC so a conventional HDMI cable won't cut it. So my Philips TV supports VRR and (I’m pretty sure) 120Hz but my Marantz AVR is a a little older and only supports 4K HDR up to 60Hz, although it does do Atmos and Dolby Vision.
