Best setting for 2023 S21. 6’2” 200 pounds. Usually just wife pulling me. Maybe 1 other person. I have a wake foamie and a Phase 5 Diamond Turbo (larger size). I’m definitely a newbie. Push doesn’t seem amazing and wave seems short ..read more

I have a 2017 gs22 for a few seasons now and I’ve tried lots of different settings but the surfable portion is only a few feet long and kids wash out all time. It’s super noticeable when kids from tiges or other surf boats come ski with us and can’t really get much push. I can’t afford a G23, any other tips for improving the gs22 surf wake? (I know it’s the do everything boat, so compromises are made ..read more

Looking to spend around $500 for now just to get a half decent wave for the summer. Going to pull the tanks out and plum in fat-sacs, but that will have to wait till next summer. Best options look like getting 2 400lb bags for each side in the back, or one 750lb bag for the surf side. Both come in at the around price with a pump included. I also have around 180lbs of lead ballast laying around I can toss in. Getting the 750 is tempting as there won't be any exposed fat-sacs, only 1 bag to pump up, and I can keep it to be plumbed in next year. Just wondering if weighting it evenly will make a b ..read more

I’m sure deep in the archives there is a post already about this.
2000 Air Nautique. Where have you guys placed your bags and had the best experiences with crisp uniform wakeboard wake
Right now I’m running 3x 400lb fly high bags plus a 150lb depending on how full or empty the beer cooler is .
Picture below is about the best I’ve got. You can see bag placement of two, the third bag is in the compartment behind where my daughter is sitting. Sometimes I put the 150lb bag between the back seat and hood sometimes in a seat to offset weight.
Rider is 125lb 5’8”
Rope length is 60’
Perfect pass i ..read more

Hello everyone! I’m new to this site so I apologize if this topic has already been discussed. I was looking for some honest reviews from anyone that has installed the GSA system on a 2010 SANTE 210? We just recently bought this boat and are trying to get our setup right. We just installed the Wake Makers piggy back 750lb bags in the side lockers(haven’t had a chance to test it yet). We currently use a suction cup wake shaper, but we are looking for something easier to switch surf sides. With the price of the GSA being about $4500, it’s quite a bit of money. Just looking to see if it’s worth th ..read more

Wondering what the % of owners (all manufacturers) have issues (meaning not ideal) with their wakes? or even care? (i know there are some users who push a button and are satisfied with that or some that don't know any better) I personally went through constant adjustments for years with our starter boat (axis) and lost significant riding time because of this. Obviously less time lost once we were able to upgrade to a G but still played around a lot. How long have you guys tinkered with wakes ..read more

Thanks heaps in advance for any help and input. I've recently purchased a 2013 G25 XR550 and hope to retain as much factory storage as possible, leading me to think the leadwake type bags are likely the best option for creating a steep, long and clean wave. Any tips for weights / positioning or any other type system for this particular boat to create a guaranteed incredible surf wave, every time? THANKS ..read more

We just got a 2018 GS22 and are struggling to get a decent wave on a regular basis. Every time we start, even in the same session, it looks different and is usually not good. We are on the Columbia River and have the river settings on and we go one direction so we're not switching up and down river. We don't have any extra ballast weight yet, but even so it seems like the boat should be able to create a better wave. The wave is long and lacks fullness making it almost impossible to stay in it without the rope.
We have the settings at NSS = 0 and NCRS = 5 (which I believe is the standard setti ..read more

Just picked up a 2009 210 and I am wondering what kind of settings I should run for wakeboarding? The boat is stock all the way to the hard tanks. I think just fill everything up and add some 250’s on top of the hard tanks, rope at 70’, speed at 22 mph? But that’s just guessing. It has the ZR406 of that makes a difference? It probably makes things worse and it is aluminum and not cast ..read more
