PharmaLegacy has reaffirmed that all of its non-human primates (NHPs) are farm-raised for research use. Supplier providence and detailed animal information can be provided to all clients upon request. The US Department of Justice is investigating primates being illegally smuggled from Cambodia for research purposes. This has led to concerns about a shortage of primates for biomedical research.
