We have been seeing a rise in cases of stomach upset in dog and cats, which will typically present with diarrhoea and often vomiting.
If your pet is otherwise active, drinking and eating, several days on a bland diet (boiled chicken with rice, or Hills I/D or similar) can help the symptoms resolve quicker.
If your pet becomes lethargic, is vomiting very regularly, or is experiencing profuse diarrhoea, a vet check is recommended.
Similarly, if your pet is suspected of eating something they shouldn’t, please book in to see one of our veterinarians to discuss a potential treatment plan.
