Concussion and Your Lack of Health
There are detrimental short and long-term effects a concussion, post-concussion syndrome or multiple concussions can have on your health. In fact, our Aussie footballers launched, earlier this year, a massive class action against the AFL on behalf of 60 footballers, who received concussion related head strikes while playing or training between 1985-2023. This class action alleges that permanent or life altering injuries resulted due to these concussion related injuries and because of the AFLs negligence.
Even on hearing this however, you may not think these k ..read more

We are becoming increasingly alarmed at the damage children are seemingly obliviously inflicting upon themselves. As a parent you need to know that your child is contributing daily to lifelong spinal problems.

A bad back and pregnancy are a bad combination. Then you add in work, laundry, maybe even a toddler and things can go from bad to worse very quickly. Especially as your belly just continues to grow and your due date seems to be getting further away rather than closer. After your baby is born, your body will be required to do a lot of bending. Whether it be changing nappies, feeding, nurturing, laundry, bathing... it seems to keep going on and on. There is just so much pressure on your spine, especially your low back and pelvis.

Can a Chiropractor help after Spinal Surgery?
Unfortunately, many patients who decide to see a Chiropractor for the first time do so after days- months- sometimes years- of suffering. Often, they’ve tried every medication, massage, stretch and specialist on the planet, many of them even having had surgery.
