I attended a college baseball game a couple of days ago--Ohio State vs Illinois. I captured some photographs during the game. I mostly just stayed in one place as it was mostly a social outing (I was visiting with a friend). I didn't capture any spectacular action, but I very much enjoyed getting to practice some photography. Well I decided I wanted to push myself to shoot something new. I shoot portraits and wildlife and landscapes and events mostly. I have shot some sports but only basketball and soccer and baseball but not often but I decided to shoot some surfing. One of my favorite types of photos that I offer my clients is the sports portraits. I love them because here I can interact one on one with the athlete and their personalities shine. This young girl was great to work with. She took direction extremely well and gave me feedback on every shot we were doing.
