Just wanted to give some feedback on one of my more recent orders with TSA. Ordered a couple inverts and a nudibranch for my nano. Everything was packed well and came in looking healthy. However I would skip ordering the small nudis from them as this thing was the size of a spec of sand. If you need nudis I would skip them as for $30 I expected more. I was looking for a nice yellow belly regal... Was torn between getting one with NYAquatics or Petco.com... but the choice was made for me cuz nya went out of stock. Ordered an aquacultured Monsoon elegance coral from AquaSD. To my surprise, a gall crab jumped out of the skeleton when I introduced it into my tank. Then I noticed the elegance had 3 deep holes in its skeleton and some of the skeleton was even chipped. This made me question whether the elegance was truely aquacultured... Contacted AquaSD and they said it was perfectly healthy coral and they wouldn't do anything about it ..read more

So I’m pretty disappointed with Apex right now. purchased an Apex Pro (AP2) with power bar and trident. Everything was fine until A month ago. I started getting connectivity issues on the apex itself. Set up a service call with the tech where he did a bunch of diagnostic tests. Turns out the controller needs to be replaced, and it’s less than three years old. The controller keeps power cycling, essentially rebooting itself every 2-5 minutes.
