Hi Louise, as you say, the street and the whole area was demolished. You can see the street on this 1903 map:-

Today, Dalmeny Gate runs almost on the same path but it curves slightly whereas Dalmeny Street was straight:-

I'm sure you know that the street is in Polmadie, a short walk from Shawfield stadium where Clyde used to play.

From what I understand, one coach will go to the riversidr museum... I'm assuming the rest will be scrapped since they aren't compatiable with any other network in the world and they wouldn't make good dining cars with the low ceilings
