I saw they were a dry city and you’re not allowed to import alcohol into it. Are you allowed to take a few shot sized bottles for personal use to drink at your hotel?

Howdy! My wife and I will be traveling to the area in June and are looking to do a float fly fishing trip on the Kenai sometime between June 11-19th. Preferably out of cooper landing. I’ve done a bit of research and narrowed it down to a few guides (below) I’m considering but would love to know if anyone has any they would recommend. Any tips for the area during this time in general would be welcome as well. Thanks!

Basically title - need to order rain boots soon for work on Prince of Wales Island. Wanted to see if anyone could weigh in on whether you'd recommend getting the insulated or non-insulated boots. (I won't be there for the winter and price doesn't really matter)

Been three years since since moving from the Fairbanks area, and damn it’s good to see it again (sadly a bit before green up). May not be the large snowy peaks, but there’s a ton of beauty out there
