Hi,   It's seems today is my trans birthday.  I'm beyond excited. Just picked up my testogel from the pharmacy. Although I naturally have doubts as I'm sure do we all, they are rapidly disappearing. So, I jumped on the "E" train last week and am about 10 days into my HRT journey. I have the tiniest patch available. I laughed when I opened it. "This little thing is supposed to give me more feminine characteristics?"   I haven't really felt much of anything so far, not that I expected to at this point. I am really, really tired but that may be other factors (like staying up too late to watch NCAA basketball every night). It’s been a crazy heart racing month for me. Emotions are all over the place. between giving up, to being the happiest I ever been. But I finally contacted the clinic for transitioning care. It’s crazy that the clinic Is only a few blocks away from where I live! and it like the only one within 100 miles. The walk over there was so nerve wrecking for me, I was worry someone that might know me tell my family I walk in there. But thankfully nothing happen. I have been hearing reports of Estradot patch shortages for over a year.  It finally caught up to me last fall.    My doctor prescribes a combination of two different sizes / doses to make up the desired dosage.  But since October, getting the smaller one has been very hit-or-miss.  The pharmacy can't get enough of the smaller size to give my my normal three-month refill, so I have had to get them a month at a time.  Neither I nor my insurance plan like that.  This month, they couldn't get the smaller size at all.   They were able to give me two of an in ..read more

I take ___mg of testosterone right now, the doctor who prescribed it to me had said to inject into subcutaneous fat with my last dose, which I have been doing but when I pick it up from the pharmacy it says to inject intramuscularly, I mean I don't know which one I should do. Hi, does anyone know either how normal or how rare it is to grow to a big enough size to not be able to go topless around your boys anymore after just 7 1/2 weeks of HRT? When I say "big enough" I am only talking about maybe an A cup...if that but def very noticeable and recognizable as female breasts!! Hello all, met the endo today. Because I had to go to the ER a few weeks ago for something unrelated, he already had all of my blood work in front of him. Basically he gave me the green light to go when I am ready. He recommended starting with spiro, then adding e after that ... though he said I could start both together ...   i expressed my concerns about spiro side effects and I asked about monotherapy, but he said e only was not his office's typical practice.
