I just love how I feel on this diet. I don't plan to ever eat a "real" cooked meal again. I don't care, I don't have to be normal.

i’ve been vegetarian for two years, but at the moment i don’t eat eggs because i’ve gone off them (i previously ate egg white, although very rarely) or any dairy because all dairy has become a fear, so i’m currently vegan. i’m not sure if i should call myself vegan (as i’ve been doing for the past two months) because i didn’t really ‘go’ vegan in the traditional sense and if the dairy products i used to eat were to become safe again i would probably go back to eating them and being...

I want to get back into green smoothies for the summer and made a list of ingredient combos that I’ve personally never tried before. I usually use bananas or apples in my smoothies but want to try keto recipes. Preferably no nut butters or nuts! Let me know what you make out of the one that I came up with below and feel free to share your own!

I used to love eating fage yoghurt so much but I won't be allowed it once I'm a vegan, and unfortunately I can't find any alternatives in Tesco. I could find Alpro greek yoghurt but that is somewhat more expensive and has 68 kcal per 100g, which is...

the question is in the title : (
it all feels like a huge blasphemy to say but
ive been vegetarian for 4 years and don't plan to going back to eating animals again, obviously, but i feel like my perspective on veganism/vegetarianism has shifted a bit..
maybe its just due to the time passing, me growing up and not being as radical about the world as when i was a teen, but the thought about eating animals doesnt come off as scandalous as it was?? definitely horrifying, still, but i dont seem...
