Hi,
I have an EM7590 on an IOT device in an area that is getting a lot of noise from carriers within Canada and the US. The location is not well serviced so the device is connecting and dropping between multiple different carriers.
I want to force the device into manual mode doing something like this:
at+cops=1,2,“302780”
The problem is that it doesn’t persist. After a reboot/power cycle, the EM7590 goes back into Auto mode. How can I ensure that the manual mode setting persists after a restart?

Hello,
We are using the LX60 at 17 and have a quesiton on IP Passthrough. The way it’s configured is that our end device is plugged into a unmanage switch. This is pulled into port 1 of the Modem which is configured for IP passthrough. We also have another 4 devices plugged into that switch which is in the same range as the modem. so for example our Modem and end device connected to port 1 is 100.60.62.192 and the end device also is at 100.60.62.192. This allows us to gain access etc to this device. Finally our question is, with our other 4 devices at .193, .194, .195 and .196 they communicte ..read more

Can you use the RS232 port on an RV50X device along with the Ethernet port to communicate with a totally separate device, thus having multiple devices connected to it at once? one utilizing the 232 port and the other using the Ethernet port?

I have a Dell Machine with modem support in it. The modem is MC7455B.
Usually the SIM used to connect with the network. But now, within some days, it’s not able to connect to network.
After checking the modem manager logs, I see that, the SIM is trying to register, but it’s not able to register.
Tried to understand a lot, but can’t figure out what’s the reason.

Hi All,
I’m having a strange occurrence with my FX30s. This occurrence has happened a hand full of times already. After power up, the FX30S works fine with my APP for about 3-4 weeks, then it enters this strange state where the DcsStateHandler changes state every 15 seconds. See log below:

Hello everyone,
I’ve recently received the HL78-R3 Sierra Wireless Module Evaluation Kit and some HL78 family modems. However, I am unable to locate the evaluation kit datasheet anywhere. The only one I can find is the AirPrime HL78xx Development Kit User Guide, which does not suite my current board (all of the pictures are of a red board, while i got a blue one (the one with arduino option).
Could anyone pass me the correct datasheet?
HL78 Series EVK (6001458)
Best regards,
Saulius J

I have an LX40 that is just over a year old. Today I tried to access the GUI so that I could set up a VPN to it and the display is wonky. Am using MS edge on a laptop with win11 connecting via ethernet.
Login screen looked normal but it went to hell when I got logged in. See screenshot.
I decided to flash the firmware but got an error due to being in pass through mode. Trouble is, I dont think I can navigate this messed up screen to manage the device.

I have MC7455 module used on windows OS. it is sowing no service in the network connection. The SIM is in working condition.
